2. Make sure to keep a completed copy of the order form for yourself and send another copy to Science Olympiad.

3. If you are paying by mail include a check, money order or purchase order with your completed order form.

4. If you wish to pay with a credit card over the internet, enter the order total, your organization information and click the "Add to Cart" button below.

Please submit no later than six weeks before your activity. List each event you anticipate conducting and determine the total number of medals you will need. We can only accept medal orders from schools and organizations sponsoring Tournaments, Fun Day or Fun Night Activities.  NO INDIVIDUAL ORDERS PLEASE
